I am beyond grateful to have found Marianne. She is everything you could hope for in a real estate agent and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We gave Marianne a very difficult job— find us a bigger house, with a basement and a garage, with a big yard and room for a pool, in an area where it is nearly impossible to find a plot of land that will even allow for all of these features. Oh— and there were only two different streets that we actually wanted to live on. Somehow, Marianne found us MULTIPLE houses that fit the bill before they were even listed for sale (including the one we ended up buying).

Once Marianne found us the perfect house (on our preferred street!), she did everything in her power to ensure the deal went through. She gave us so much of her time, energy, and love, even while out of the country. She was honest, selfless, and never allowed us to give up, even when we thought we couldn’t push any further. She helped us quickly sell our house, during a time when the market was not on our side, to ensure we ended up with everything we wanted. I can say with 100% confidence that, had we not had Marianne as our realtor, we would not be living in our literal dream home. Marianne was such a great asset throughout our home journey!
